Que - what would have happened if the Ashu was born a girl.. Would the bad guys of the society spared a young orphan girl.. Even if she were safe till meeting baba, would he have adopted her? A girl child would have been a better replacement for nandini but then baba might not have ventured into adopting her as he had no woman in the house.. What do you think he would have done.. It was not safe for an orphan girl to live on the streets

None of the staff see her as a rival.. Even school kids compete for every mark.. Since the interns are professionally qualified it is safe to assume that they will exhibit competitive behaviour... But not in the soap, they rally behind nidhi even when she plays pranks on the chief of staff.. Even Ranga joins them unwittingly.. Imagine doing that at workplace. During my college days we used to try our best not to get into disputes with everyone.. Especially lab attenders.. But Nidhi isn't bothered about anything, neither her husband's professional standing nor her personal image.. Why blame her, even the the highly accomplished surgeon Ashu behaved like an adolescent
This is the problem I've always had with Hindi soaps. They are very happy to sacrifice logic and characterization for senseless drama. All in the name of TRPs. They don't realize that if they write sensibly, with characters behaving like they should, people will automatically be drawn and watch. Ridiculous...
When i watch TV shows here from the UK and US, I see that they try and remain true to the characters as far as possible. Even they slip once in a while, and fans are vocal about it. Audiences are not fools, the sooner the show runners realize this the better. i like shows that don't treat viewers like idiots. Kekta maiyya has single-handedly lowered the average IQ of the Indian TV soap viewer...

I think if Ashu was a girl then baba shouldn't have adopted him bcoz Nandini unko pehle hi chhod chuki thi....shayad Ashu adoption center mein hota usey koi aur adopt Kar leta😆
