Sure, if you inform in advance. It can be allowed.

You may Raise a bet and your opponent can Raise as well. but you can fold when you are asked later on.

You force your opponent to Raise a bet and then Fold.😆

Let me give you an example

First Call:

Player A. Raise 5 Chips to Win.

Player B. Raise 10 Chips to Win.

I will inform Player A that you either match 10 Chips raise to 15/20 chips or Fold.

Player A can match 10 Chips.. or play mischief and raise bet to 15. to either scare opponent or play trick with their mind.

Player B will be informed again.. now they can raise to 15 or Fold.

It goes on till both reach 20 Chips or one has folded.
