He needed to get his hormone levels checked.. If I were nidhi, I would have had serious doubts on his abilities 😆 he was hugged by his incredibly hot fiancee and all he did was to behave as if some tailor was taking his measurements

It doesn't take too long to change.. Patients and their relatives might not be comfortable seeing him like that in a hospital.. It just takes two minutes to change into something sober.. But Ashu probably needed advertisement.. Maybe he expected some journalist to cover it in the local newspaper 😆

Yeah...morever when he returned from Surgery in the morning he doesn't even wake Nidhi up...I mean seriously?? I really doubt on his abilities if Nidhi doesn't became pregnant🤣 (Jokes Apart)
