Hina, Dheeraj, Mohit Malhotra were always finalised as cameo. Immediately after season 5 was announced , there were news of Hina and SC.

Story had always this reincarnation pattern when Hina's role was similar to Karishma in Season 3. Like they didn't officially declare Surbhi Jyoti as lead till the episode she was shown as Naagin, they will do same with SC too.

Might be the three were not allowed to tell that they were cameos thats why they were giving diplomatic answers. As expected, they will be in first two or three episodes then story will move to the show leads, I think Sharad Malhotra and Mohit Sehgal along with Surbhi Chandna.
