If I get a massive headache due to dehydration, I’ll quickly run and scull down a litre of water in one go because I’m like what if this headache is warning me that I’m about to finally die from dehydration.
After drinking large quantities of water, I reassure myself that I should be okay. But then I start to become paranoid if I drank too much water and will now die from water intoxication/poisoning. However after drinking that much water, it makes you go to the bathroom every 10 minutes, which then brings me back to paranoia # 1 = Am I getting dehydrated again and so soon? 🤣
I never win against my overly paranoid brain.
see when I get my headaches, even then im too stubborn to drink water😆
I do try but it just makes me more nauseous
