If he keeps something related to Pillu's health from her, then she will be within her rights to be angry at him, though... especially if that secret results in them believing their kid is no more.

And to be fair, it is true that for Mallu his vardi and Kalyani are top priorities.... whenever forced to choose btw them and his kids, what has he chooses so far? Seeing this from a mother's POV, Kalyani has her reasons to be angry at him that he doesn't prioritize Pillu before his job and his wife/herself... at least she isn't a hypocrite like that Sampu dayan.

I think initially this girl will be positive

Probably, once she sees that, not only does Mallu not Kay her any attention romantically speaking, but Kalma are on the verge of reuniting, she'll turn negative and start plotting against Kalyani.

I predicted this yesterday. Trilok on the way to the hospital for the operation will escape police custody. And he will obviously come to AN where he will try to harm somebody. I think Malhar will shoot him because of that and he will die before he can make it to the operation.

Kalyani will freak out and rush to the hospital, and when she gets there, the doctors will give her the bad news.
