ALso he needs to stop coming out and revealing details.

Sushant was not happy with movie mafia.

He was about to do Padmavat as Sushant revelated to his friend - He mentioned he left the movie as Rajput don't bow down.

Vikas singh a very well respected senior advocate.

And all good lawyers are relaxed. Hyper lawyers ko judges nahin sun te.. You have to be calm enough to get your point across without sounding as if it is only an emotional plea without any basis

As for revealing details. He is saying only what he has mentioned in the petition or submissions. The other side already knows all of it. And if courts were functioning normally then anyways all this would have been revealed by news reports of proceedings

You have to reveal all your evidence to the accused so they get an opportunity to defend themselves

His lawyer is a senior and well respected guy. I'm sure he knows how much to reveal where and what reactions will come out of it from the other side. We should let him handle this appropriately. Let's hope the judiciary and enforcement agencies give importance to this and it doesn't happen a "tareek pe tareek" wala situation 🤞🤞
