August 4th Update:

• Vyasji tells everyone that for their wedding, Neel and Chahat's feet can't touch the ground, nor can the sun's rays hit them. Hence, they'll be getting married in a truck that has a wedding venue set up in the back
  
• Vyasji says that he's surprised that no one in the family trusted him, except Chahat
• Neel calls and tells Bhopu to set up the mass marriage plan since Vyasji has found a solution. Bhopu tells him that event has been cancelled because of the pandemic
• Chahat feels scared and wonders if what she's doing is the right thing
• Neel taunts Chahat asking if she has cold feet. He gives her a necklace to wear.
  
• Bhopu tells everyone that a priest has arrived. Neel tells her not to worry as the priest is hired, and as such their marriage will be a sham.
• Vyasji asks who called the priest. Since there is a fault in their horoscopes, the required chants will be a little different. Hence, he will conduct their wedding ceremony himself. Neel and Chahat are shocked.
• Godamvari taunts Alekh while talking to Naveli. She tells her that they'll have to shift into a new home, since the dream of becoming a High Priest will no longer come true. Alekh gets super pissed off and vows that he will never let the wedding take place.
  
• Chahat apologizes to her dad saying that he had a lot of dreams regarding her marriage, and here she's about to get into a relationship where the foundation is one of hatred.
• Vyasji tells Chahat that he knows she's worried about the faults in horoscopes. But not to worry since because of the solution he has found, no one will be able to harm them.
• Vyasji allows only Neel & Chahat into the truck, and not rest of the family. Jamuna ties the sehra onto Neel.
  
• Bhopu hands masks over to everyone
• Neel goes into a corner and pouts (?)
• Alekh pours gasoline onto the front seat
  
• Chahat tells Neel that he doesn't need to put up with this act. He can just tell everyone the truth.
• Neel tells Vyasji that he's ready to proceed with the ceremony
• Jamuna sees someone standing by the truck and asks who it is. Alekh lies and says that he's decorating the truck. Jamuna tells him to go inside and decorate Neel's room.
• Neel & Chahat exchange garlands
• Vyasji, looking at Saraswati's photo, tells her that he stayed up all night trying to find a solution to the fault in their horoscopes so that her last wish could come true.
• Seeing the holy fire, Chahat gets triggered. Neel tells her not to get scared, as God resides in the holy fire, and He won't let anything happen to her.
• Vyasji tells Chahat to come before the "gathbandhan". Not knowing what that means, she goes in the opposite direction. Vyasji asks her what she's doing, as he meant for her to go in front of Neel.
• Neel tries to cover up for her saying that it's not necessary for her to do so. Godamvari interjects saying that's how it's done in their family. For at least three rounds, the woman has to go in front of the man.
  
• Neel picks Chahat up and tells Godamvari that times have changed. As it is, Neel and Chahat have promised each other that they will always remain equal to each other. So there's no need for anyone to be in front or behind one another.
  
• Neel and Chahat do the rounds.
• Godamvari continues to taunt Alekh. He tells her that he was about to light the truck on fire but Jamuna came at the last moment and ruined everything.
• Godamvari points out a rope that is keeping the truck in place. Once that comes loose, the hand brake will be released, and the truck will be met with an accident.
• Alekh lets loose the rope, Neel, Chahat & Vyasji fall down. The truck however, stops after a while. The truck gets filled with smoke.
• Godamvari creates a panic saying that this is a signal of bad times to come, and that they should stop while there's still a chance.
• Vyasji tells Neel, that they'll have to do the rounds all over again.
• The wedding is completed.
• Chahat asks if the wedding is done. Neel replies, no one can alter destiny.
  

August 5th Update:

• Neel had cleverly switched himself and Chahat with another bride and groom who wanted to get married but weren't able to because of the pandemic
• Godamvari asks why has the bride covered her face. Bhopu covers up saying that Neel had informed them about Chahat having a problem with smoke. Godamvari isn't convinced.
  
• Chahat is overly excited, and happy with Neel for stopping the marriage.
• Neel takes the first round with Chahat vowing that he'll catch her murderous father. Chahat, tying the dupatta around her head like a hijab, also vows that she'll keep her father safe from him.
• Their second vow: until Chahat's father isn't found, he'll continue to treat her like a prisoner. To protect her father, she'll accept his every punishment.
• Their third vow: until Chahat's father isn't punished, Chahat will have to hear horrible things about him every day. To prove her father innocent, she accepts his every injustice.
• Jamuna asks Godamvari to take out the keys to the chest for she should give Chahat a shagun for the wedding being completed.
• Alekh worries that he can see everything slipping away from him.
• Godamvari is examining all the jewelry. Naveli is upset because she doesn't want any of it to go to Chahat. Godamvari explains how as soon as Saraswati had died, she had created fake ones resembling Saraswati's. Naveli is ecstatic because she will have the real ones. Godamvari tells Naveli to give the fake ones to Chahat.
  
• Godamvari sees Chahat outside her room's window and is surprised. She wonders who's at the wedding altar. By the time she reaches the outside kitchen, Chahat's gone.
  
• Naveli gives the jewelry sets to Vyasji.
• Godamvari tells Alekh about seeing Chahat at the back of the house. Alekh doesn't believe her.
  
• Godamvari points out that the bride standing before them isn't even wearing the golden bracelets that Vyasji had given her.
• Godamvari tells Chahat to remove the dupatta from her face now. Bhopu covers for her.
• Vyasji dismisses Godamvari to get ready for the homecoming ceremony.
• Godamvari shares her suspicions with Alekh. Alekh tells her if that is the case, then he'll see how they get switched back.
• Bhopu gets the family to dance as a way to distract them but it doesn't work.
• Alekh tells them that's not how grahpravesh happens. He points out the doli, and says that Saraswati's last wish was to get Neel's bride to enter the home in it. Neel & Chahat worry thinking about how they'll switch now.
• The bride gets into the doli and they all make their way inside.
• Godamvari asks "Neel" to get the bride out.
• Alekh gives a shagun to Neel and Chahat saying it's from him and Saraswati.
• Godamvari tells "Chahat" to remove the dupatta from her face now.
• She does so and it's Chahat. Neel also removes his sehra.
  
• Neel whispers to Chahat saying none of his plans can fail. It's shown Neel and Chahat were able to switch with the fake couple when they first got in, because Neel and Chahat were hiding underneath the truck.
• Godamvari asks about the golden bracelets that Vyasji had given her. Bhopu sneakily gives them to Neel. He covers for Chahat saying they were constantly getting stuck in her dress so he had taken them off and put them to the side.

Same! I would rather have them fall in love and THEN marry each other because they love each other, not because they have to.

August 6th Update:

• Chahat worries about the grahpravesh rituals since she doesn't know what they are
• Alekh tells Godamvari that he's glad he didn't take any drastic steps by believing her about Chahat
• Neel gives Chahat a phone that has the information about all the rituals on it. He tells her to look at the pictures and just follow along.
• When Godamvari puts the pot full of rice in front of her, Chahat doesn't know what to do. Neel accidentally sends her a photo of a soccer player kicking, and Chahat thinks she needs to kick the pot as if it were a football. She prepares herself to do so, but Neel stops her by putting on an act of wanting to thank her for accepting him.
• Kissing her hand, Neel tells her that she just needs to tip the pot over, not kick it.
• Meera's calling Neel but he's not picking up, telling Neel that he doesn't have anything to say to her now
  
• Godamvari tells Chahat to do the next ritual but she doesn't know what to. Jamuna also takes the phone away from her so she can't see Neel's hints
• Neel tries to gesture to her, but she misunderstands him thinking that she needs to put the red color onto Vyasji's face
• She's about to do so but Neel comes in and helps her out to put the color on the wall
• Neel and Chahat bicker with each other and Neel taunts her greatly about her committing a sin because she got married into a Hindu family according to Hindi customs
• Chahat goes to wash the red color from her hands
• Alekh and Naveli are in the washroom together. They panic wondering what to do.
• When Chahat questions about hearing another voice, Naveli tells her she had the phone on speaker.
  
• Jamuna comes to get Chahat and tells her she can wash her hands downstairs.
• Neel & Chahat play a game where they have to find rings in a tub of milk & rose petals
• Neel boasts about finding the ring when Godamvari tells him to check again. Chahat found the real one.
• The next game that Naveli proposes is whoever takes the biggest out of the chocolate wins. Neel wins that round. Naveli brings out a small barfi next. Chahat pinches Neel's foot, and wins that round. Naveli brings forth a small nut, and Godamvari makes a commotion. Jamuna tells Godamvari to leave.
• Chahat says that she won't let him come that close.
• She drops a glass to the floor to distract everyone. She takes the nut, breaks it in two shoves one piece to her mouth, and sticks another to Neel's.
• Chahat, feeling something stuck in her throat, goes to the kitchen.
  
• Godamvari points to Alekh that Chahat's forehead has no sindoor on it.
  
• She goes to Chahat, and gives her a glass of water. She asks her where the sindoor is. Chahat tells her that it must have gotten on the dupatta.
• Neel tells Godamvari that they're married already. There's no need to wear signs of them.
• Godamvari tells Neel to fill Chahat's forehead with sindoor.
  

August 7th Update:

• Godamvari tells Alekh that Neel will find some reason or another not to put the sindoor on but Neel does it, and carrying on the loving act, he tells Chahat that he'll continue to do this every day
• Chahat doesn't like that he put the sindoor on her
• Jamuna tells Neel that he needs to do the last ritual of carrying Chahat back to their room
• While doing so, Neel purposefully bumps Chahat into a pillar. They bicker, and while dropping her, Neel's shirt opens revealing his naked torso. He gets embarrassed, and covers himself. Chahat tells him, everyone who sins, pays.
  
• Jamuna is searching Naveli's cupboard for a shawl, and she freaks out because Alekh had given her a condom. She hides it in Neel's kurta.
• Neel shares with Chahat his plan of substituting the sindoor with chilli powder. This way in the family's eyes, they can carry on with their loving act, and not have to personally worry about ruining the sanctity of marriage.
  
• Ghazala is upset because she's been fired from work and they have no money coming in. Meanwhile, Dr. Baig who has gone mad from the electrocution and in missing Chahat, carves her name out on a wooden plank. She gets upset, and tells Ikram to get a bunch of wooden planks on his way home.
• Godamvari is eavesdropping on Neel & Chahat because she thinks there's something suspicious going on between them. Jamuna sees her and spies on Neel & Chahat too.
• Neel overhears them and comments on how he's more cunning than them both. He starts screaming out Chahat's name loudly, and puts on a loud act of how desperately he has been waiting to have sex with her.
• Chahat comes out wearing his kurta, and he tells her to take it off or he'll do it for her. He continues to get close to her while she resists him. After a bit, she plays along by getting to close him, while Neel freaks out about her being overly romantic. He calls on Bhags to save him, and tells Chahat that he has watched a lot of Bruce Lee films as a kid, and he's not afraid to use his moves on her. Chahat tells him that's exactly what she wants, for him to use his moves on her.
  
• She leans in to kiss him, but Neel has brought his hands up to protect his face. She looks over to the camera that she had set up to record everything that was happening between them. She had overheard his moaning earlier, and thought of this as a means of blackmailing him. If he ever tries to get too clever with her, then she can send the video to his girlfriend and she'll set him right.

• Precap: Godamvari sees Neel sleeping on the terrace. She affirms that she knew there was something wrong between them. She takes a photo of Neel sleeping. She goes to check on Chahat, and sees that she's no there, and there's a pile of pillows instead. She starts creating a scene saying that Chahat has ran away on the wedding night. Neel wakes up in a panic, thinking Chahat has ran.
  

August 10th Update:

• Hearing Golu cry, Neel & Chahat come outside to see what's going on.
• Chahat sings a lullaby and puts Golu to sleep.
• Vyasji gets emotional hearing her, because it's the same lullaby that Saraswati used to sing shush Neel.
• Neel thanks Chahat for taking care of Golu. They both explain why they were trying to be romantic with each other.
• Neel stops Chahat from getting on the bed, because it's covered with pappad. When Chahat asks if this is another ritual, he explains to her that it's a way for the family to find out if the bride and groom had sex with each other or not.
• They remove all the pappad from the bed and Neel tries to go to sleep. Chahat asks if they have anything to eat, but Neel declines, and tells her to sleep. She then asks if he has an iron, he tells her where it is.
• She heats up some of the pappad with the iron, but it's not spicy enough for her. She remembers the box of chilli powder that Neel had. She tries to reach out for it under the blankets which freaks Neel out because he thinks Chahat is trying to get romantic with him again. She applies some of the chilli powder onto the pappad and eats it. Neel looks on hungrily.
  
• Ghazala is unable to sleep because Dr. Baig is being noisy, and trying to find Chahat. Dismissing his words, and turning off the light, she goes back to sleep.
• Chahat bothers Neel by poking him with a stick. She tells him that it's their wedding night, and she's feeling romantic. When Neel tells her that he's not, she tells him that she can help him with that. She continues to poke him with the prickly stick.
• Neel realizes that he was having a nightmare about Chahat. He sees something covered up beside him, and assumes it to be Chahat sleeping. Feeling itchy, he sees red ants on the bed, and leaves to sleep on the terrace. Neel wonders if this is a part of Chahat's plan to escape, and locks the room from outside.
  
• Chahat is already on the terrace, because she didn't feel comfortable sleeping with Neel.
  
• Neel sees a figure sleeping, and thinks it's his uncle.
• While sleeping, Neel gets cozy with Chahat, and ends up putting his legs and arms around her. Chahat, seeing him, considers him to be a leech.
• She's about to pour water on him but stops seeing a lantern floating in the sky. She remembers her father saying that no matter where they are, they'll light lanterns for each other and they can find each other by following it. Chahat runs after it.
  
• Godamvari wonders if she had truly mistaken seeing Chahat in the outside kitchen. She sees Neel sleeping on the terrace and wonders what he's doing there on his wedding night. She takes a photo of him sleeping. She thinks of taking a photo of Chahat sleeping by herself as well. That way Alekh would surely believe her.
• Godamvari removes the covers and sees that Chahat isn't even there.
  
• Godamvari creates a scene saying that Chahat has run away on the wedding night. Neel hearing this, wakes up.
