Lots of Malayalam movies. Nivin Pauly is a revelation!

I watched him in Bangalore Days years ago and thought he was so funny. I started watching premam yesterday. I don't know why I ignored this movie for so long. He is so great in it

I've never seen that movie till date. Eventhough I've seen it so many times 😛
I loved Byomkesh Bakshi. They didn't make the actors speak in a faux Bong accent, which was an interesting and refreshing take.
I absolutely LOVED Tumbbad. The cinematography is 🔥. The VFX could've been better, but they did an incredible job. Please make sure you watch it on a big screen with ample brightness and high volume.
I digress.
Recently I rewatched Angoor & Chashme Baddoor (old one) for the nth time. Loved both, as usual. Tried to watch Mera Damad (how can it be 1995? I checked the CBFC certificate at least thrice. It looks like an 80s movie) & Dillagi (old). Couldn't complete both 😭
Please guys, any suggestions on good 80s comedies?

watch his other movies, they won’t disappoint - one or two like 1983, k kouchini may not be everyone’s cup of tea. Also, Fahadh and Tovino movies are good as well. Especially Fahadh!
Feel free to discuss any movies you've recently watched. Link to previous thread !
