Roti's I don't know how to make , I will survive by dosa's and sambar rice , mixed rice , plus few gravies . I love rice so that fine to skip rotis

I tried making rotis earlier they were as hard as cardboard. My pizza remained undercooked, burnt caramel and list is not endless as I try less.
