Now Arnab also put on national TV it means rumors about the involvement of Penguin is true ... and now he will try his best to settle his score with Best CM through this...

Mumbai Police botched up this case from day one. I just want to understand why? Surely just can't be to only protect Rhea and Mahesh Bhatt?
