If they have his phone forensics / Cyber Crime should be able to get all that info. Either they don't have the phone he was using then or they have it at low priority.

They ( SSR’s family ) would have analyzed whatever proof that was brought forward and after deliberation and finding that it’s a concrete proof, only then they would proceeded to file FIR.

For me, whether she is the one who provided proof against Rhea or not...I always knew what this girl is made of...she symbolizes strength and unconditional love for me and I am proud that I always supported her!

As hard as it is still to come terms with that Sushant is gone and at the risk of sounding extremely filmy...for me he is still alive in her!

I am usually not this sappy but for two people I immensely loved once all through my teenage years...I am all kind of over-sentimental and emotional after what all has happened in this last 1.5 month!
