Maybe she told him, the Bhatts will start comparing you to Parveen Bhabi after the diagnosis about your depression comes out and people will believe it. And depression is still a stigma in certain societies Dear Zindagi did a great job point that out.

I also feel strong political influence behind him changing his SIM card and fearing for his life. what happened at that Disha party and was there any political connections

Imagine how hard it is for a woman to admit she is in an abusive relationship. I am an educated, strong woman. How did I get myself into this situation. How did it happen to me? That with the pressure to keep up with the macho image wouldn't be harder for a man to talk about it. Plus that was just one chat. Who knows if he had told them earlier ?

Everybody is different in handling things. He was already isolated from the industry from blinds and what not so mental health would've made him seem too crazy to work with. But again if this happened to someone who is proud of their mental illness and spreading awareness of the cause, it would've turned out different but I understand his case. Maybe getting threats since he was saying they are hurting me on the phone. Who knows who is involved in this but manager said he hated rhea, I don't understand how rhea and the manager hate each other but still take pictures of each other on social media.

I don’t think the news of Rhea and Sid the manager hating each other is true, there’s a lot of fake news out there. Clearly they spent a lot of time together taking pics and videos. Unless they eventually got annoyed or had an issue.

Again, about the releasing mental health information, Sushant could have spun it how he wanted or his family could have helped him... Sushant could have opened up about his story and created awareness like Deepika. Holding him hostage based on that makes no sense. Superstar Sushant with his money and police connections couldn’t take down struggler Rhea? Rhea outsmarted them all? He tried to spin all the maligning blinds about him the way he wanted to but people didn't believe him. Deepika was called a drama queen for opening up about her depression willingly. Her spinning wasn't exactly successful.

You are talking about a case where a rational person was in a situation of one time abuse

That is not how mental and emotional abuse works. Abuse is insidious. You can't get out by simply walking out. The person has you convinced that you will suffer of you don't do what they tell you to do. You hate them but you are dependent on them

He was suffering from some mental illness (we don't know what exactly or how severe it was).. He was allegedly in an abusive relationship ...

.. Such people do not listen to their family or friends.. They'll either try to convince them that everything is ok or even break contact with them.. Leaving the abuser is not that simple as take him to patna

If they are alleging that they went to the police in feb so they must have some proof of it. What probably could have happened is that he refused to listen, they already had very less contact with him, so they filed a complaint expecting the police to intervene and do something...

What really happened we will know once more details and msgs start coming to light.

A legend also famous for being not in proper mental health which is why there is stigma attached to it. About hearing noises. Who would want to marry him after hearing he was having hallucinations? Who would want to work with him in any job forget acting?
