Tani , it not just about one member but the entire team won't like to have a phantom member maybe . So why cause discord between two teams from the beginning.

If anyone is willing ,I am sure we can work it out . But if Minonite needs to convince them then it won't be their free choice right ,at least not their first choice

Maybe tell her the same. If she can get someone to move over willingly then we'll take an extra member. Else we'll just take phantom averages.
