i disagree as they were blocked by mahi and 5 months is a long time so they had no other way other than SM! That’s the way everyone expects justice now right? 🤷♀️

True! And not delving into the complete story as my SM game is super weak so don’t know much of what is happening.... but in Mahim’s case we have screenshots of conversations...if no proof like this is available for Sana or team then it seems fishy to drag celebs on SM...esp. with so many months post BB. Sana is a person who actually wears the gifts sent by fans...seems wierd to think that she would not clear dues...

reply theory is only that he rcvd reply! Nothing about the read it! Basically other day one Handle posted reply and within 55 seconds that notification was seen and it’s only about he rcving the reply

There has to be a processs. To me just barking on SM seems like a stunt. These r sensitive things ,should be dealt in private . So I am skeptical yes.

See we dont even know what the initial deal was. If the clothes were sponsored or rented. If sponsored then they shouldn't ask for money.

Social media is no way to resolve any issue that you might have.. Thats not the way to justice and will never will be.. If you are indeed being denied your rightful payment, take the legal route, not a social media trial
Sushant's case is actually an excellent example of how social media trials can actually derail the whole process

they don’t do these deals on papers! Yes now they will take legal route and people taking SM route isn’t new nowadays and they did what they felt right, as with celebs normally on providing outfits they don’t make some contract! I have read Mahi’s msgs so I m able to explain but yeah without seeing it, it’s easy to blame the person who didn’t get the money!

that I agree, since Mahi was unapproachable they did what they felt right 🤷♀️! Now they want to wash dirty linen in public so they are doing it! With hina’s case it didn’t come on SM, but it was definitely on the media! As they don’t have papers signed for these kind of stuff they took this route!
Not really. 5 months is too long a time for them to not have approached Shehnaaz. Or else she refused them too. Public SM is almost never the platform of choice for a resolution unless all parties concerned have been ignoring telephone calls to them/ their managers and so on. No professional parties indulge in conflict resolution over public media, unless they want further publicity or have a further axe to grind.Originally posted by: Ashhima3

How did they think leaking the chat online was right? They might not have things on paper but they do have it on chat na.. That is good enough to do things the legal way.. Social media always messes things up.. The way Mahi handled it all was also abysmal..
