ok watched Both MDKD And EDKV and really enjoyed EDKV awww shravan can i hug him poor guy coping up in his room by polishing himself spraying the whole bottle of deo as a Coping thing and also to go against his dad who was like kam lagaya kar. i felt so bad for him there but i loved how suman let him do whatever he was doing let him speak out and kept looking at him that was very very sweet there was this beautiful understanding in the way she was half smiling and looking at him. i loved that moment and then after when things got a bit heated and intense with the staring too it was very nicely done how suman deflected it and handled him with so much maturity. you go girl. hahah bechara shravan itne se main hi kaise khil gaya ke she said button khol ke aana and suman bhi noticed and went home telling kanchu ke uska face kaise shine karne laga awww. such an adorable pup he is 😳

Also really liked the daddies ka scene again and how they show the underlying tension but also there is still a lot of love and trust that despite being disappointed in Shravan t he dad kinda gave an ear to what vijay promised and am pretty sure he will allow him. i also like precap main sharavan telling them that well if he has to become somethign he will have to do something. yeah boy focus and put your energies in proving everyone wrong rather than your still wrong focus ke anish or daddu ko neecha dikhana hai. we know what he's capable of if he is determined.

suman was a sweetheart today using her braina nd manaooing everyone in such a clever way.

MDKD Man Shweta was the star i watched that part twice and cheered for her out just out but usse bhi zyada maza aaya when in present time she told nia to cut the crap and went last time chod dia tha iss time nahi and to stay in line ❤️ wohoo she was so fierce yet so calm and gentle but her eyes had that fire as you said LOVED IT x 10 . so i guess ambar really in unaware ke why guneet left woh samjh raha hai uski wajah se when in reality Nia threw her out and gave her ultimatum? nia ji wait karo and dekho kya hota hai tumhara once ambar knows. precap is good too with guneet looking for some alone time to talk. dekhte hain kya hota hai

Watched DB and it's out and out sushant show he carries it on his shoulders. I liked it but I didn't love it as I expected and that liking is also caz manny and sushant playing it so beautifully. For starters the edit is a mess it seems like it's put together in a hurry the beggining has no flow. It seems like bhaag rahe hain hum kisi race main . Doosra I am disappointed in how maskari is also shown they have the idea and it's fun but in the film again it's not matched with the lyrics like on maskari word they are showing her scans clips while them shooting the film in film the fun parts come at other parts so it left me Isse better toh main edit kar deti isi footage pe.

The girl needed more nuance more expressions more feelings she's basically with one expression through the film and starts feeling like a robot after a while I didn't really feel a single thing for her.

Also I am just At the ignorance that bollywood shows towards south indian cinema. You make manny a rajnikanth stan but don't even try to tell him which industry rajni sir belongs too🤣 so he's such a big fan of rajnikanth but says rajni sir belongs to tollywood(telugu film industry ( when in reality he's from Kollywood( tamil film industry) it's such a small but important detail and it makes manny look stupid ke fan bolta hai but itna bhi nahi pata😆

I personally found the mom too khadoos and on manny's side his family was non existent hardly made it to the cut they were there for a total of 10 secs and I was like why bother at all?

But all in all I still liked the film a lot caz manny made me happy and I teared up too but that was more for sush than manny tbh

I'd give it a 3/5 (+1 for sush only)

I can help but imagine deepika as kizzie bringing so much to the character as was originally supposed to be before sushant and sanjana came on board. Deepika and sushant would've teslly brought the right emotional quotient which felt very one way in the version we have now .

And trust me am not trying to pull the film down caz I really did enjoy it for sushant but phir bhi kuch adhoora sa feeling hai

Oh thanks for the review....haan I was skimming through some other reviews and they were saying the same thing about how the film seemed a bit short and rushed through in editing.

Promos se hi obvious tha that the film will try to run on Sushant's charisma....so looks like that got proven right. Girl toh songs mein bhi bland hi lag rahi thi....LOL@ them messing up Maskhari😆....chalo glad we made our VMs to enjoy the song achhe se.

Oh yeah, that was a sweet bit....almost like she understood she needed to let him vent before she spoke to him.....Suman ka character is a bit of an enigma for the audience I feel....under the guise of earning Shravan ka trust and getting him back into group study, Sumo gets excuses to wiggle out of these moments where she is clearly becoming more fond of him and it shows in how she looks at him, how she got affected when he came closer during that intense bit of trying to explain how he's achieved so much but still everyone keeps thinking he's an idiot.

Story hopefully will pick up once group study starts with Col. Tiwari and he gets to interact more with Shravan too....yeh Daadu ka faltu drama and Anish-Devika ke lame tricks are boring.

Sure Yehi yoh problem hai logon ka they can't be objective and accept other POV's . I seriously end up doubting whether people even like these characters or just keep defending and giving bhashans to run down others constantly . Yeah bhai him hi there old thoughts wale sexists with no hearts or compassion baaki sab toh isse bhare hain caz sirf shor macha kar hi yeh sab dikha sakte hain

Yup I was really impressed with the way she got a grip af herself and her switching emotions in that moment kuch kuch toh hua tha though she doesn't acknowledge it . Shravan is such a bacha essentially bas thoda sa pyar dikha do and yeh ek dum behal jaata hai he's supposedly so spoiled by his mother but still their is lack of validation that makes him upset and that's all he seeks is just little bit praise and people believing in his abilities.
