Interesting feature ... but how do you look up member specific posts and not just the topics where they have posted? For example, some members have posted in topics that go beyond 150 pages. How do we find a needle in that haystack?

It has an arrow down feature if you click on it, it shows the members posts with a number... if you click on the number it takes you to the exact post the person made
