Bollywood was losing credibility, and it has gone the extra mile down. It needed a trigger and it got it. It won’t be the same, the stars who we were unknowingly celebrating won’t be the same stars celebrated to the level that they are as there agendas are being revealed. And when someone near and dear to the audience is lost/hurt (sushant), the audience does not forget. He reflected the common man, and no matter what..the audience (majority) will always support him over the mafia. Bw is the bad guy here.

The industry will try to stay the same. There will be powerful people who will be the same amount of power hungry and fame hungry. But they Will lack a birds eye perspective, the little bubble they live in-the audience won’t care anymore as much about it.

Many more ott platforms will take over and respect for the art of acting/Content will come from there. Bw stars will lose credibility after this incident. People may watch their films here and there, but their value as stars will remain subdued. There’s too much talent And life out there for people to be obsessing over 1-3 people if you ask me. If you want to worship Actors, don’t do so over bw actors. They are not worth the time or energy.

Nope. Online space and community is totally manipulated and bought with bots and trolls (see also- investigation with PC and DP). Also It's the lockdown and people are bored so they will engage for now. But the real barometer is, will people go out and watch her films because of this and make her the super duper star of all time? No they wont. Reason I know this time also it wont work is she has done this before. I remember watching Aap ki Adaalat with my jaw literally on the floor and people (including me) were swayed by her words and many were clapping and cheering. When it came to her film, it still bombed.

Right now this feels massive and yes she has done damage to Alia and Karan but after lockdown people WILL go out and watch whatever they want to and Kangana will still be treated as the fringe loon she always was. SSR's tragic and heartbreaking death is something people will move on from in time.

Of course the IT cell and her trolls will go on and on and on with their agenda (which now includes ISI and the Khans now btw) but after lockdown no one will pay attention. Because honestly? People have stuff like jobs, COVID, livelihoods etc and real life challenges to worry about. Everything apart from SSR's loss has been a self serving tamasha,

I would agree but these are not normal times. Who knows if we ever even get past the lockdown and back to normalcy. How many people will remain the same if we do? From what I see, films are all headed for digital release. Cinema and stardom will soon be dead and buried

She had little to lose in Bollywood. She's only gaining, but the gains are in politics. It's a matter of time before she jumps the BJP bandwagon. Her next film is being made on Ayodhya. Her intentions appear crystal clear to me.

Oh boohoo. Poor Kangana, always getting "bashed" when people disagree with her. But when she disagrees, that's not "bashing" that's HER freedom of speech!!!

When she speaks , she is taking down the whole system. How brave of her. But when others speak, they are just trying to dismantle her, suppress her and being mean to her.

Agreed. She knows her goose in the film industry is cooked so she's planning for politics. This was the last bridge she wanted to burn before she leaves.
