Prerna' s priorities

Prerna sat down last night and wrote down her top 10 priorities list; a reminder to herself:

No 1: Anurag

No 2: Anurag

No 3: Dreamy thoughts of rain-drenched memories of romancing Anurag

No 4: Dammit! Anurag's betrayal, and my quest for revenge💔

No 5: Dreamy thoughts of Dhaga and Sindoor marriages to Anurag, sigh... how many times did we get married? ❤️

No 6: Must focus on business deals, defeat and destroy Basu Corporation & totally destroy Komollika

No 7: Hair, clothes, and lots of makeup

No 8: Find out what's happening in Shivi's personal life

No 9: Kukki

No 10: The Sharma family

Wait, is anything missing from my list? 😲

Nahh, Nothing is missing. I am totally organized here. 😃

After a hiatus of 3 months, the writers could only think of of this 👎🏼

Even if she still loves Anurag, atleast give her monologues about hating herself for loving him. Komolika murdered her child; give Prerna some dialogues which pivot the revenge on this, rather than mera tera Anurag.

Anurag, Prerna, Komo and even Bajaj now ham the same standard lines. You know it when the poor actors open their mouths.

1. My barbaadi is making her happy (if you love her, atleast let her do this by herself)

2. Badla badla, 8 saal ka badla ( get on with it already)

3. Prerna, main tumhein chodungi nahi ( Komo looks like a million bucks though)

4. Prerna, main hamesha aapka saath dunga ( give him some monologue about cookie too)

For Shubhaavi, Pooja - Atleast make their characters evil, worthy of a vamp. What is this seducing nonsense. Wasn't Nivi some hotshot business woman, let her woo Bajaj (why even?) with the brain she has.

But all the above would need some basic thinking, which is too much to ask from the writers of this show.

My intention with this post was not to invite criticism of the writers, who are working under very difficult circumstances.

In addition to pointing out the obvious person missing from Prerna's priorities, I guess my intention is to show the consistency in Prerna's character. Pretty static, actually. No growth, that I can see.

She has been all about Anurag and only about Anurag since she first fell in love with him.

Yeah, I did make it look like a rant against the writers, which should've been another thread. The circumstances are difficult for sure, but the writers are not really known for any character consistency or growth of any kind.

I have a question. I would like to know about hard circumstances of writers? If they are worse than Actors and on set technical staff? Is there writing doing any justice to the people risking their lives. My genuine questions as I am not able to understand.

Do they come to sets every day like other staff? If yes, why? Do they write on site with no prior planning?

If yes, aren't they themseleves at fault and wasting everyone's time and efforts.

If No, then what makes it so difficult something logical?

3 months ka break would suffice to create a story for the next 3 months atleast. And they come up with this👎🏼Agreed that Parth's absence was never expected but the lack of creative thinking is clearly showing in the actions of Nivi and Mohini. Pretty regressive and lame.
