YJHD and Sanju he was playing a man child and whiney person in both of them. And he has played different versions of this character in his other movies. Ayan ho ya Sanju.... same “finding” yourself crap.

Ranbir can’t do Simmba. You might think he can but I think he would look cringey. He wouldn’t pull off a War either, he doesn’t have the personality for it.

He’s a great actor. Loved him in Barfi. But he is limited for sure. When Bramaster and Kalank Shamshera bomb, the truth will unveil itself. Ranveer has better lineup for sure. I can’t even see Ranbir doing a 83, he’d actually look quite stupid.

Again, Ranbir is great. Loved him in Barfi. Loved his sex scenes with Ash in ADHM. But the man is not the best and is limited. We can’t think too highly of him by comparing him to losers like Varun or Arjun. Compare him to Hrithik or Akshay Kumar and the weaknesses and shortcomings will show. After all he’s in their category right? Yeh Varun, Rajkumars, Ranveers aur Arjuns toh kuch nahi hai....Yeh toh Ranbir ke beneath hai na ? Compare Ranbir to the top actors not the ones “below” him

Yes, based on acting, they would. Saawariya was a bad movie, but Ranbir was phenomenal in it. He acted better than Sallu also😆

Ranbir has done 17 movies out of which only 6 are clean proper hits. 35% hit rate. Hardly anything to be happy about.

Also Bombay Velvet was the biggest disaster ever. No film has seen that kind of rejection.

Ranveer is the definition of mediocrity..Siddhant owned him in Gully boy, it was a nothing role, anyone could have done it..Simbba the least said the better..it was not only a badly written role but a terrible film, gloating on poluce brutality and sensationalising a tragic story..Ranveer either goes OTT or bcomes a bhigi billi theres no balance, no nuance in his performance, doing diff characters is no big deal but doing them well and making them memorable is what counts.. Ranveer was good only in Padmavat even though in some scenes he was cringe..Bajirao was a bore fest.. His line up isnt great either.. 83 looks like a montage of Old WC clips with him aping Kapil Dev..Takht looks doomed (again same genre)..I have no idea what else he is doing... Rajkumar is way more talented then Ranbir and Ranveer but he wont get their roles unfortunately..
