Bollywood Hungama said Dharma made the decision to sell because they had a cash flow problem. Netflix made a big offer and they took it.

It's coming on 15th August apparently.

Earlier I was very much interested in watching this movie as it is s biopic but ever since SSR died, I won’t watch this movie at all..
