I try to avoid afternoon naps because they I can't sleep at night and fall asleep towards the morning and then I have trouble gettin up early....it's a never-ending cycle 😭 but these days I've been getting up at 11 AM 😎

My favorite author is Begali (Chitra Divakumar Banerjee) so I've learned a lot about Bengali culture from her books. I believe Jhumpa Lahiri is also Bengali but I've read one book from her and it had Bengali characters.
