Nowadays Thai BL dramas are in trend..Have you tried any??? I saw 2gether first as it was trending worldwide and in India..Then saw other famous Thai BL dramas like SOTUS ( Absolute Favorite) , Dark Blue Kiss, Theory of Love, Tharn Type, etc..

You dropped TMOPB..Its one of my most favorite..I re watched it twice..And its not a historical drama..It comes under fantasy, Xianxia genre..The other famous ones are Ashes of Love and The Untamed!!! They are many other historical Chinese drama like Niravana in Fire, The King's Woman ( Hero is the one who build Great Wall of China)..In every cdrama there is an opening and ending theme song..😆 So its normal..

actually, I started watching a few C-dramas but mostly got bored because of Alif-laila feels. plus, number of episodes. I will try to watch again since you are recommending. ❤️

I didn't drop it completely. I watched 3 episodes. I must have caught up into some other show. that's why. I was liking the intense plot earlier. lol. I remember you recommending me this show. :)

Arthdal Chronicles..Yes..Many didn't like it as all compared it to GOT ..But I absolutely loved it..Its my top fav kdrama of 2019..

I haven't watched GOT either. lol. can't tolerate so much nudity in a show on the name of realistic scenes. I watched first episode but decided to drop GOT after a few min itself. I didn't watch AC I think because of time constraints, plus I am not really into rough shows. This ain't my genre I guess

Kingdom..I loved it too..The whole zombies in historical era was great..Compared to 1st season , season 2 was amazing..

I will try to continue. I had watched a few episodes. I think i stopped watching because mostly I watch dramas when I take my meals and you can't watch this show while eating. lol.

Wow..You didn't TWOM..Why due to the cheating troupe??? I loved it absolutely..Especially Kim Hee Ae acting..She slayed..I know she is a brilliant actress from Secret Love Affair kdrama itself..

I watched 9 episodes. FL is brilliant without any doubt. If there is a revenge plot, I will continue. The husband is so cheap. seriously. When a man succeeds in life, the wife always supports but when wife is doing well professionally, the man starts EMA. *smh*

And on Misaeng..Watch it now na..Its in Netflix too..Its high time you pick it..I am asking you to watch it for so long..😆

haha. I know. I watched a lot of dramas you recommended :) Pakka. I will watch this time. I shall have some time from office work after July end then I will try to finish pending shows.

School 2015, and Reply 1988 are amazing too..Especially Reply 1988 I love the neighborhood bonding more than the love triangle..

haha... somehow, I am not into the slice of life dramas. 🤔 I will perhaps watch Reply 1988 after completing the other dramas you recommended :)

Awh yeah that's a lot of work. I just remember finding this thread in my initial days here and omg loved reading it! I think I tried some of the shows from your favs 😆Or at least had real fun reading those hahaha

Man C-dramas are hard to get into I can totally understand! Until now, I've only completed two of them lol

Do you not like fantasy genre? If you're okay with fantasy I will say try The Untamed whenever you want to give C-fantasy a try again. It's a great show 😆
