'We are fit': Ranbir's sister on rumours that he, Neetu tested Covid +ve

Designer Riddhima Kapoor Sahni has slammed rumours that her mother Neetu Kapoor and brother, actor Ranbir Kapoor, have tested positive for COVID-19 and asked people to not spread misinformation.

Soon after megastar Amitabh Bachchan and his son Abhishek Bachchan tested positive for COVID-19 and were admitted to a city hospital on Saturday, rumours started to spread that even Neetu and the "Sanju" actor are infected with the novel coronavirus.

Dismissing the reports, Riddhima told PTI, "Obviously not (true). Please stop spreading fake rumours. At least not at this time, would appreciate."

Social media was abuzz with a tweet which claimed the Bachchans, who are at Nanavati Hospital, got the virus after Amitabh's grandson, Agastya Nanda, attended a birthday party hosted by Riddhima.

The fashion designer also took to Instagram and called the claim baseless.

"Attention seeking? Least verify/clarify! We are fit. We are good! Stop spreading rumours! #lunatics," she wrote .

Anpadh, aur kya. As long as they don't test and results come negative they can be the carrier.

Just like Big B and Jr. B might have spreaded a few before they got tested. Both were are fit.

Well, Agastya was at their house twice in as many weeks. So it’s not a far fetched suggestion that he might have gotten it and given it to the Bachchans. Regardless, everyone of these people should get tested now.

fit is a word synonymous with healthy in general terms.

She isn't implying since she is fit, hence she will not contract Covid.

First of all she is a not a fashion designer.

Secondly, she and her whole family needs to get tested. Agastya lives with BigB I suppose so whether Amitabh was the case or the contact we aren’t sure, since they’ve been in contact with Agastya for more than 15 mins in a room with other people without mask makes them vulnerable. They also need to self quarantine which means no outside contact. The incubation period is around 2-14 days and then their infectious days start where symptoms begin to show. They can be Asymptomatic for all we know and can go around spreading.

Different people have been different symptoms.

You can be fit and get virus. These star kids are so jahil

What else can you expect from people who leaked an old video of a medical staff singing beside the patient to make people believe the last time the deceased got admitted to the hospital was not for Corona.
