The thing is that TV show cast and crew are the same people everyday currently so working in a "bubble" for lack of a better term.
However, if Mr B got it whilst filming KBC then the highest risk is from a contestant. Not blaming anyone just saying. They should have been careful and asked the contestants to wear masks or kept their hot seat FAR AWAY. And changed the concept of Mr B even going anywhere near them. Just say NAMASTE from far away. Let the contestants play from far away and thats it.
Also it could be one of Mr B's staff from his house? Who knows.
I wish both Abhishek and Mr B a very speedy recovery.
