No it’s not vegan....they add the enzyme lactase so that the lactose is broken into other form of sugars...this way lactose intolerant ppl can consume it, but the source of the milk is still cow (not plant based).

It’s like ghee, although the process removes milk solid making it dairy free but it’s derived from cow so it’s not considered vegan.

Even honey is debated since the bees depend on honey and being vegan is all about reducing animal exploitation...yet some vegans do consume it...it depends on individual ethical beliefs and how far they go into being a vegan. Some vegan do consume honey while others don’t .


To be termed vegan by definition you should not eat animal products or use animal products.

I did some breathing exercise in March and April and then gradually I just stopped...I should do them back.


My goal today is to add another 10 min of that video and do 20 min. Let’s see if I survive.
