Holier than thou and what Shklekhar Kapur did are 2 diff things. He was more into it for himself which is an entirely diff issue. I cited him because he IS one of the elite and cannot be easily dismissed.

I don't believe I mentioned the nepo word even once in my post, did I? n fact, I mentioned a few other issues as problems.

Of course it was the same as what the member you mentioned did.😆 That was the whole point! Mockery to dismiss an issue, which is what she did, is an old, old technique. When it is used, like she and some others did, the best response is a response in kind. A serious answer is not what they're looking for. Outrage will only lead to more mockery. Those who use that weapon don't usually understand any other forms of debate. But you're right. Get in mud... etc. etc. Makes me just as dirty now.

I don’t think you understand the current backlash climate. Firstly - we don’t have a choice, we have to be okay with nepotism because it’s not going anywhere. Do you think any of us have the power to change the nepotism narrative ? Why did Alia and Karan specifically get targeted ? Because they steal opportunities and “create and manipulate content” so that they can elevate Alia. Do others do that? Probably. But nobody has gone to lengths that these two losers have. Would I prefer that an outsider excels and becomes number 1? Ofcourse. But who? There is no one in sight currently.

I can still be against nepotism and still support people like Tiger and Shraddha.. or even a Hrithik. If you’re unable to see the difference between Tiger/Shraddha and Varun, Sara, Alia, Janhvi etc - then that’s something that you are choosing not to see. It’s quite clear how the dynamics and power play work. No one is denying that Shraddha/Tiger don’t have access, contacts or resources. Ofcourse they do. But their story is so different than Alia’s.

Just like Hrithik, Ranbir and Kareena haven’t gotten any backlash either. How come ? Find out.

If you can’t see the difference between Hrithik, Ranbir..... Alia/ Varun and Shraddha-Tiger then perhaps you need to sharpen your knowledge of Bollywood

Had the issue been limited to having a problem with nepotism, I would have agreed with you..
