Listen I would say this clearly Bollywood or no other industry works on honesty. Lies and deceit are part of any industry. Learning the ropes in a necessity to survive.

Nothing is illegal in entertainment industry. People will anything to succeed even getting rid of any future competition. Life has given me this lesson. I have seen normal middle class people harassing their colleagues to the brink of suicide. The same people get promotion next year. I do not want to say anything about top dogs of corporate world, Situation is even worse.

I never said the debuted the same year. The fact that Sooraj can win one and not Sushant is saying something about the merit of awards.

In other entertainment industries bullies like Harvey Weinstein get held accountable. Same goes for universities that give family connections benefits over more qualified common people. They spend jail time. I think every industry should be held accountable.

We are talking about Performances.. not whose shoulders the movie rode on.. even critically, Amitabh for Pink, Shahid for UP and Shahrukh for Fan were more acclaimed.. And Amir was hugely praises for his role too.. not to mention the fact Dangal was a massive Blockbuster

Abrar Zahoor who got so much accolades for playing the antagonist in Neerja. He was 20 times more talented than Sooraj. I thought Sushant did better than Danush just my opinion.

Priyanka also technically got more praise in Barfi than Vidya did in Kahani. The argument people made is she had to carry the film on her shoulders. When you win for lead actor or actress leading the film should count for something. Yes Dangal was massive blockbust over 700 crore lifetime grossing. But many Salman Khan films are as well. It should count for something but not everything. MS Dhoni did get applauded by critics and they also praised Sushant. Although someone from the industry spread the notion the film worked because of the popularity of Dhoni

critics and audience at large mostly were talking about dhanush that year.Unfortunately,awards don't go to someone on the basis of what a few thought..or rather,now claim to think.Because earlier he used to get ignored because a star kid appeared in a trashy talk show.
