Wait it out!

You still got like 12 hrs or so. You can also send it few minutes before deadline. So if you really need to discuss the answers, give it some time!

If he or she doesn't reply ask for extension from WD - I am sure others wouldn't mind if partners are having hard time reaching out to each other. May be the upcoming weekend may help!
