Obviously people don't become successful with Nepotism or favouritism but definitely when Deliberately projects are snatched from other 'deserving' Non Nepo and Non Favourite Talent then there's a problem.

And people were blind about it till it because the Sole Reason of Bollywood being pushed to mediocrity. They push out real talents out and how.

Tamannaah is the full package (Acting, dancing, beauty) she was already a big star down South when she came back up North.

Ugh another person speaks who doesn't fully grasp what people are talking about. Tamannaaah you are pretty much a nobody in Bollywood. You are no one! You can disappear tomorrow and bollywood audience will not be like oh man that actress Tamannah, what happened to her. You work hard and have years of experience. You have more movies (some very famous movies) under your belt than Jhanvi, Ananya, Sara. They are all more famous than you in Bollywood. They all have better potentials lined up. So stop bringing in SRK and Karthik who are rare, also happen to be a different gender. Look at your own example.

Nepotism is natural. It is normal for your loved ones to help you. But to what extent do they help where they rig the entire game is different. Your doctor dad guiding you is different than your doctor dad announcing you are a doctor now despite your lack of qualifications and snatching surgeries from people who are qualified doctors. Or even if you were a qualified doctor imagine your dad runs the hospital and all important surgeries go to you instead of other doctors.
