Sushant searched his name on Google before dying

Sushant Singh Rajput's mobile phone's forensic report has been out and it claims that the 34-year-old actor Googled himself before taking the drastic step of taking his life by hanging himself from the ceiling of his residence in Bandra, Mumbai.

As per a report in Zee News, before he ended his life, Sushant ran a Google search on his name. The primary forensic report of his mobile phone indicated that the actor searched his name ‘Sushant Singh Rajput’ on Google at around 10.15 am on June 14. He apparently read a few articles on him, including a few news reports.

Sushant's death came as a huge shocker for the whole nation and for the Hindi film industry too. While his Post-mortem reports confirmed no foul play in his death and the cause of death stated in both his autopsy reports is ‘asphyxia due to hanging’, his near and dear ones and his fans claim that professional rivalry was the main root cause that instigated him to take his own life. Owing to this, the Mumbai police have been running a thorough investigation into the actor’s demise.

Reportedly, so far they have recorded statements of about 28 people thus far that include his family, friends, co-stars and a few acquaintances.

In their findings, the cops have ruled out any foul play as no marks or injuries were found on his body.The actor’s viscera report that was released recently also ruled out the presence of any suspicious chemicals or poison.

On the other hand, actor Shekhar Suman and members of various political parties apart from fans have demanded a CBI probe into the matter.

Oh God , this is terrible . Maybe if some of his future movies were in production and he was in the news about them then he would have been more positive and motivated .

Based on his actions, it looked like he planned to do this. Nothing would have stopped him except if someone was there with him physically. He appeared to be ready to take this step, to give up all because of what he was going through. Kya pata? The heaviness he must have felt in his head.

During the interrogation, some of Sushant's friends also informed the cops that he was in stress and felt that someone was trying to tarnish his image. The actor often used to discuss reports published about him in magazines and newspapers with his team.

Oh man.. No No.. he could not handle it anymore.. He needed someone who he loved and who loved him dearly irrespective of his success/failure.. beside him.. Why does everyone says that he did not share anything with them..Even Mahesh in his Eulogy said "Bhai mujhe to bata deta".. I am so upset right now.. When you make your career your partner and not some loved one.. who do you go to when success/career is not with you..I remember once in one of the interview he was asked who do you go to when you need to talk.. to vent out..or you dont feel good.. and he said I talk to my girlfriend.. Why did you stop doing that Sushant.. If not the one you talked about then.. someone else could have been there.. I cant stop thinking what would have been going in his head at that point of time.. when he checked his name and then decided to put an end to everything ..

I guess he was pretty much aware of IF and discussions that goes on.. There were discussions during PR that he would come and visit .. he had so many fans in here

I’ve refrained from commenting on this tragedy so far but can’t help but say that attaching our self-worth or self-esteem/personal identity exclusively to our work, reputation & achievements can be toxic. And this may or may not pertain to SSR, we don’t know exactly went on in his head but he was clearly a very driven & ambitious individual.

I’m just saying there’s a dark side to ambition that does not get acknowledged enough in our culture. It can make a person so restless & hungry for procurement that they don’t know when to stop. Being ambitious and driven is good, but I think there should be a balance to everything.

Rest and relaxation is not prioritised enough in our culture when it is in fact essential to our wellbeing and even success. I’m referring to mental relaxation. Not browsing the internet or social media, not thinking about anything, just being. I also think that there is great wisdom in being satisfied with what one has, although this is often purported as being lazy or complacent.

Sushant was a great & creative soul, I think he would have benefitted from broadening his horizons beyond Bollywood and its narrow definition of success. Ultimately, life is not limited to professional achievement, is it? In my opinion, when growth stagnates in one area, we should divert our attention elsewhere.
