But one thing we must admire about Baba Ramdev. He has made the FMCG MNCs nervous with the way he has captured their market. As he mentioned, he is selling similar products at much lower prices. That means the MNCs were fleecing the public all these years.

Though I am a bit skeptical about this Coronil by Baba Ramdev, I think Auyrveda is an underrated system which has not been properly/systematically analysed for efficacy/safety like the allopathic system.

From childhood I remember taking Kutajarishta for a stomach upset and 99% of the time it has been effective within a couple of doses. Another Ramban aushad for loose motions I have found is Berb-enterone (with pomegranate extracts). I have found an antacid called Himcocid which is more effective than Gelusil or Diegene. I have also found Madhuvaani to be more effective than the standard cough syrups for general coughs and sore throat.

All I mean to say is that one should not write off Ayurveda as just a fraud.

Hope the authorities do a systematic study of Baba's coronil medicines in the same format as being done in allopathic systems and conclude if it is really efficacious and safe or not. Who knows, it may actually work.

agreed.do u remember paripathadi kadha,belvati tablets ,my father used to take it,and those were effective on acidity and stomach pain.i also remember netrasudha eyedrops.

yes,it takes time for recovery.as aurveda removes dbroot of d disese.

only the thing is it requires patience for d effect and perfect diet as some times doctors insist strict diet.
