What Are You Watching #8 - Page 80

Watched a Korean drama after a while: Mystic Pop up Bar....first half was stronger than the last stretch, but definitely recommended.

First time ever I was able to watch Hwang Jung Eum without cringing or wincing, she is one of the few actors I have very less tolerance for, her OTT-ness fit in well so that's a huge plus for the drama. Good to watch Choi Won Young in a non-negative role and Yook Sung Jae knocked it out of the park.

Ya..FL was major when she kissed ML..But all bashed saying she is minor and how a school girl could kiss an adult..Only epi 1 was bashed badly..I am liking it..Its not boring and hilarious too!!! And Ji Chang Wook looks so dashing!!!

This show is light, fuss free. I like how it is setup in a convenience store, its fresh 👍🏼 JCW defo got hotter ☺️

Honestly KSH is a good actor, I too felt he could've emoted more instead of carrying a bland expression. Anyways its just 2 epis & too early to judge SYJ clearly steals the show, her character is complex, layered & meatier

Mystic pop up bar- Decent watch. Jung Eum has different face in every show but she is a decent actress. Choi Won Young is probably my favorite Korean actor.

I feel that's how his character is going to be. FL is too expressive so to balance it out they have ML's character who hardly reacts strongly. SYJ is show-stealer indeed.❤️

Pinocchio

Average show. The story started on a good note but the way it turned out of FL's mother who was responsible for ruining ML's family was disappointing. The redemption felt forced and in a way killed the insense of the story.

Arthdal Chronicles

Great show with great cinematography. Packed with enough twists and turns to keep one on edge. Song Joong Ki as Saya is a killer. Although all the characters have their story and motives in the power struggle of Arthdal Saya's character is my favorite. Waiting for S2 now.

I don know how to say if it's slow /drag .I completed 11 episodes ... Its gives feeling I ve seen so many episodes and still 9 pending 😒

Love d leads ... especially Jung Hyuk ... Love his acting ...Tell me what you saw and this one ...contrast characters ... he is good ...Gun's laugh 😆
