I know Usman's very popular and has a very loyal fan-base, but I'm underwhelmed by his character. I'm wondering if he signed up for this drama out of loyalty because it's the same director as Anaa and Altamash made his career, because I don't think Haris is that interesting.

This is all premature and maybe we've got the plot all wrong, but I'm a little surprised that of all the people who've read the script didn't think this doctor-patient thing might be a problem, especially when channels are trying to be more thoughtful about their content.

On another note liked sabat and how it is encouraging mental health treatment.

I also know him from kdmhmd. Even used to like his character preet. And his jodi with meher. Its really heart breaking.

So usman aka dr. Haris has entered finally. His interaction with miraal happened. I hope now he will help her in her physcological issues. Anaya and hamza are on honeymoon. Overall a fine episode

But this is huge.. I mean come on.. the guy has eyes on his Patient right from the get go.. it's not even a case of falling in love gradually.. and what's his justification? That she will no longer be a Patient now she has met him? I mean this is one heck of a sleazy character

But you are right.. Most Tv watching audience care little beyond love story should have learned my lesson with Yaariyan😆

I think that's why I'm taking it personally, lol, because most people won't analyse it the way we are, so surely the makers have some kind of responsibility to take it more seriously, right? There are so many men in positions of power who take advantage of women, and now there are young women on social media giggling about how they want appointments with doctors as well. This kind of behaviour from people in positions of power shouldn't be normalised/romanticised.

I'm sorry, I keep complaining, lol. I need to get over it, magar kya karoon?

maybe, just maybe, they would address the issue of a psychiatrist taking advantage of his patient. I think his character is going to be grey and thats how Miraal will learn her lesson and change for the better. He will probably ruin her life some way.

But then what message are they giving us, not to trust psychiatrists? lol

I did wonder that- what if Haris is supposed to be slightly sketchy, lmao.

I guess it is too early to tell, they could surprise us. It's funny, when Dilruba and Sabaat started I liked Sabaat more as a drama and watched Dilruba because I was bored. But now I kind of prefer Dilruba, even though it does test me sometimes, lol.
