You are so on point Uma. There is so much disparity in the world or even with in a family n its only karmas on a continuum that can explain it somehow. Having suffered from some life changing hardships in life, that is the only thing that has helped me in accepting it n making peace with it but .yes when something acute or unexpected happens, it takes a while to comeback to it to with all the emotional upheaval.Well, Karma is a bitch. If we believe in it, there will be a time. I don't want to take names here but even as we speak there are several HMs bearing the consequences of their actions through years. We will not get to see those details as explicitly as we get to see trolls at action, but look at their personal and professional lives and you will easily get some answers.
As for SSR, there's surely a universal design behind that too- the reason for that is beyond our understanding. Karma is not a single lifetime matter- it's intricately connected to transmigration. We are on a continuum- a journey called life which has lives. Without that understanding which is an essential part of the karmic cycle and theory, standalone karma doesn't exist. Why do babies suffer diseases? Why do the best of people sometimes suffer huge misfortunes? What's their fault? Nothing this birth. So, whatever we sow this birth shall see consequences at one point or the other. So anyway's SSR's family too has it in their fate to suffer and everyone of us have what would be called "prarabdha" (merits/ demerits) from the last birth and so we suffer everything small and big on our journeys too. There is no child or adult on the karmic cycle- you commit a wrong, you will bear its consequences at one point or the other. The child who crudely trolled Vikas too shall bear the consequences of his action. The universe neither forgets nor forgives.
A lot has been said about nepotism today. Its there. its not fair n so is life n social disparity. some r born with silver spoon n some in slums. some have parents as alumni n straightaway get into ivy-league uni n some despite the best scores not able to. I agree with most of you. Nepotism is prevalent in society but the context defines the applicability of the term to some extent . As said by you n SS, if its my money, my company or my business, it will have to be my right n my choice however when its a gov franchise, meritocracy should matter. However as people progress in live, they shall n many do try to improve social mobility. I guess where ssr is concerned, rather than nepotism, Its the systemic bullying and harassment by influential n powerful people/lobbies which seem to be the issue n that is what we shall raise voice against. When someone is in privileged position of being influential as a result of nepotism or their own struggle, but use that influence to take away the opportunity to progress, then there is a big issue but unfortunately its present everywhere in some form or some degrees n needs to be addressed as n when possible..
Thank you Wendy for replying. I agree with you completely. we can not escape repercussion of our karma n it might not even in same life . I feel may be we should take this life as a privilege which has given us opportunity to become aware of it n we r able to watch our thoughts n actions or else we might have lived unaware perhaps like our past lives
Hey Sam,
My thoughts here resonate with Uma on karmic theory, which she explained very well...
For me its not just a theory, but a reality, may be because I have experienced and observed it closely with myself and people around me..I don't know how accurate is my observations..but so far my take is we cannot escape repurcusions of our actions, we just don't when, how and what way it will strike on us.. Many times we don't even realize specially when it comes to these celebs/ politicians/ online trolls...
Better have a faith and move on.. Don't let others Karma become our headache..(specially these social media haters and trolls)..They will surely get their due in time or may be are already getting it!
Yes Uma, words do have an impact. they have massive, colossal power to manifest change, to uplift our energies n change our vibrations. Remember thats how I spotted you amidst all the negativity on twitter so I guess thats another sign from universe :) I find this forum quite therapeutic n look forward to post by yourself n may other members. thank you. love n hugs to you all❤There were some lovely silent members that just wrote to me regarding my earlier statement that the universe neither forgives nor forgets. Thankyou all so much for writing in, and for the responses. Every time I wonder on whether SM is worth it, I get a signal one way or the other from the universe that words here do leave an impact. So let me further clarify my position for those who would have had their own doubts but didn’t voice it.
What I would mean by the earlier statement is that the universe forgives only if we truly repent. If we keep repeating our mistake, there is no escape. But we also need to bear the consequences of whatever we committed and those consequences need not necessarily be a tit for tat from an external agent, but can be intense mental agony and loss of peace of mind for the committed mistake too. That would in fact be worse than an external reaction perhaps. Repentance is pain and admittance of guilt and a promise never to repeat them to our conscience and inner truth. And thus the universal karmic equilibrium would be maintained.
She made this one beautifully but i see start of another war ..if sid ka nepotism reply debate was no less with shehnaazians making it big , then now i see sidhearts coming at her fr tik tok debate ...
Solos I didn’t even realize some people had an issue with Sid’s take on nepotism until I went on Insta. Mostly the comments I saw were from randos but regardless I think people are taking his words out of context. His opinion was from a realistic POV, he acknowledges that nepotism exists and it will continue to because of the freedom to choose where you invest your money. And he’s able to be so realistic because he’s probably seen it first-hand when he was doing Humpty and just being around for so long. But people are taking it as him advocating for nepotism.
I think if he went a little further in his answer and said he’s not necessarily supporting the practice but acknowledging its reality, the extra comments from fans could have been avoided.. but I personally didn’t have much of a problem with his response because we know Sid and where his perspective is coming from, we understand his said and unsaid words. But solos just need a reason right 😆
