People like me are upset for nepotism and openly voicing out on social media. Why ? Anyone has all right to do whatever he or she wants to do with his money - no objections for that but when Bollywood Biggies claimed that only Star kids are more talented than outsider and deserve more than rest is problematic. Bullying and harassment associated with nepotism - is big NO NO for me. Doesn’t matter - whether I am standing alone on this.

Time to change- when we will change - Nepotism exist everywhere- learn to accept and survive . But nepotism is certain field like medicine, Arts and so on is big BIG NO.

Example - My mom and dad side - many uncle and Aunty are doctors - they built big hospitals , so they forced their kids to become a doctors as well. Many of my cousins struggled to pass the examinations and instead of 5-6 years of MBBS they took 8-9 years to complete . Indeed they are useless doctors and am not ashamed to say.
Same goes to my friends who are engineers, because their parents forced them to become one. They are struggling with life. Their interest was something else they could have done something , would be more successful and more happy.

One of my uncle is pilot - he forcing his son to become a pilot - he is struggling to pass it . Now he is thinking of using his powers? Just imagine if he become a pilot.

Nepotism shld be free in the field of art and medical fields. Selection shld be purely on the base of talents.

Now coming to support celebs kids movie- instead of saying - people will forget this eventually. I am positively sure at least - 1 or 2% would definitely remember this nepotism issue and will not watch any celebs kids movie. Will it make any difference , 200% not but at least there will be beginning.

Agree here... In some career lines nepotism could have dastardly effects..

I know Nepotism couldn't be completely off rack...but if this outburst can help few deserving ones to have their chance, then this debate is worth it.. Nepotism can coexist as long as the talented ones doesn't have to be deprived of from opportunities..

And somewhat i have seen Nepotism and bullying might be different terms but nepotism do encourage Professional bullying at times...

Its about imposing power in wrong way. someone who is powerfull in industry n trying to imposes his or their power to stop an outsider career. Very well written ...I too feel More vice is in stopping someone’s career ...if a producer or a director wants to cast some celeb kid it’s still his wish ,what I feel wrong is using power so that a new talent doesn’t get work or his project doesnt succeed is wrong ...if u have a right to work your project in your way fine but don’t act as a hindrance or a block for new talent ...at least give them recognition and respect....

Okay so finally seen the first part of the interview and sidharth thinking matches with mine completely.

Okay so the interviewer sharing with him that how fans requested him not to take the interview as he is a sensitive guy was sweet, and sidharth acknowledging how smallest of things about him are noticed by his fans and being thankful for that. ❤️

When he was about in big boss.....he instead of being like yes a lot happened with me...i beared a lot went on to say that when you go in such a house....you expect such things to happen as so many people will be there and he was ready. That's what i love about him....he never does the whole drama. This is why i follow him.....he stands up for himself at the situation and after that moves ahead of it. ❤️

Then him sharing that he had partied with sushant but wasnt like a close friend. But is shocked that such a talented person who could have done so much good in life is not between us anymore though he respects that he must have his reasons to do it.

I so agree with him on that changing states does effect in bond building.....friends door ho jaate hain.....having family and near ones not close enough does becomes an issue at times because you really need atleast one person who can hear you out...and who can really make you speak out even if you dont want to...a friend cant really do that from a long distance.....atleast one is needed besides you. And he is fortunate that he is from mumbai and gets to live with the family. I like how he also shared that how sometimes we arent really able to share with family because we dont want them to be tensed, especially when we are away. Its all what i think and experienced in my life..and this might/could be the reason that sushant own family isnt aware about much things......when you are away....you never wish that your parents also go through the stress you are going through at times.....in those times....friends are needed. And he is also right that their profession doesnt allow them to have much friends other than their show people because they hardly get time out of the shoot.

But the bitter reality is u cannot really challenge or rebel against the system when u r still a part of that system ..Not everyone can b a kangana and still coexist ..

As an audience we hv that power to challenge the system and stop watching movies of starkids in theatres but the question is will we really do that if the movie is good ? 🤔..

All these debates on nepotism r actually temporary just like metoo movement as people will forget soon ..So when actors r told to speak on this , they need to b diplomatic about it as its them who hv to survive in industry ..Humara kya hai , hum aaj kuch bolenge kal kuch aur bolenge ..isn't it 😃
