Nobody knows why he was suffering from depression. It did not look like he was out of work so why blame anyone when he himself never told anyone why he was sad? He did not leave any note nor his friends knew he would take such a drastic step. He's the only one who knew why he did not feel like living, else speculating won't get anyone anywhere. I can't imagine what his family must be feeling now and they don't even know why.

I also used to feel it's cowardice to end your life but it's not. People do so much for themselves and their family members to live and then some people don't feel like living at all. There's a dialogue from the movie Saaya where John asks one girl why she wanted to end her life as if she knows the other world is good to which she answers that she doesn't know the other world but knows this world which is why she doesn't want to live here. It still haunts me.

I can just feel sick of those circulating his pics. Felt like puking when I saw them. They are sick!

Don't know who should be blamed who shouldn't, just be kind to all that's what I can say. It's weird Even today people are arguing just to prove their points on other social media platforms. Life is too short to be negative and for hatred. I just don't know who is wrong and who is right. Just wish ,Sushant would have found reasons to live but then emotions overpowers every logic and reason. 💔

Emotions are running high on both pro-nepotism and anti-nepotism sides so I don't blame anyone for whatever they are saying now. It is a huge shock. Even I can't imagine an actor is dead who I watched everyday on tv (Pavitra Rishta) when I was a kid.

And yes it's not cowardice, some people don't think life or this world is for them and that's why they do it. This is probably controversial to say but I believe people are very unkind to suicidal people and think calling them a coward and other bad things is fine, I even saw some people commenting on Sushant's death calling him bad things and whatnot. People are in general really unaccepting to suicidal people and don't understand why to some people life doesn't feel like a gift and it doesn't make them a coward, it just means they need help, compassion and support.

On this topic, were they to be blamed, NO

Did it make him feel worse or enable his mental condition, maybe most likely yes

I guess even if we look at our daily life, we too don't keep in touch with a lot of our colleagues or friends whom we don't meet regularly or who are not in our circle.

So it would be wrong to blame them but maybe from his POV, I guess maybe it made him feel worse to be shunned out or felt left out.

But all this is speculation, I just hope we find out why it happened and what were the conditions that led to this.

KJo's instagram post made me curse out loud. That man is a vile human being and I truly wish outsiders stay away from him. Outsiders work hard to earn their place and then KJo uses them for credibility while mocking their demanded paychecks. F*ck that man and his entire clique of mofos. Sushant was a victim of incessant bullying by the so called industry bigwigs. Both KJo and Jitesh treated him like trash.

I don’t think it’s justified to blame Bollywood and it’s celebs for this loss...

this just comes across extremely presumptuous and judgemental given none of us know the reason or circumstances behind the incident

Stop making a story in your head as to what caused this and become a crusader for nothing. We don’t need a point person or thing to blame every sad incident on.

Someone’s expressing condolences let them. Stop questioning their intent or linking one action/gesture of theirs to the cause of such a drastic incident.

If we are Building stories in our heads, then these people who lash out at celebs for no reason and express hate on social media might very well be the reason for some of their mental health issues

There are so many people who want or wanted a life like his. He achieved what many TV actors failed to get despite being more popular and more experienced in TV than he was.

Suicide is a very sensitive topic. I feel worse for those who leave their small kids and end their life because they are leaving their own kids to live their life alone who don't even understand life and death. Suicide is not a solution but when a person takes such a step, you can't help or even say anything. I feel when a person takes such a drastic step to end their life, no matter if they have people to talk to or not, they can't help him. If lucky, they can reach in time and stop him else...

I feel we should discourage this act of suicide instead of blaming people or society for it, there are impressionable kids who could blame society and take a wrong step
