I am fine now. I had this palpitation issue much before itself, because of my thyroid problems. That's another reason I was hesitating to go to hospital initially. Thought it would be as usual as always. But, now I think, probably due to the stress i used to have in the initial days of this phase, w.r.to my parents who are all alone out there in India and my mother being diabetic plus missing our son who couldn't come back to us because him flying down might turn risky for my mother in law who is staying with us, would have affected me subconsciously. This, plus stalking all possible sources to know more about an unusual & cold-blooded murder that happened in our state recently, I think added up to the reasons for my heartbeat shooting up which resulted in these frequent palpitations. But without realizing it and since I had heard that some Covid patients had cardioproblems, I started thinking all negative things. That's when I understood its high time i visit a doctor. And according to the doctor, there is nothing to worry; but, pertaining to my age-related hormonal changes, thyroid problems and stagnant lifestyle this will only increase in time. And, the best & healthy way to reduce it, is to strengthen the cardiomuscles through daily walks, cardio-exercises etc. Accordingly we have started our 1hr long daily morning walk with immediate effect. I hope i will get the required results in some months time. 😊

Long time....I hope you all are safe...I just wanted to tell that apart from your physical health please take care of your mental health too!!these are testing times which wil pass soon!!take care of yourself and your loved ones!!

I miss the daily morning episode analysis though😛i hope the writers have used their unused brains during this time and done something to revive the plot or else no amount of pr stunts from Ekta's side to gain anupre fans back will be of use!!

Already so much negativity everywhere ppl will try finding positivity via entertainment and if ekta plans to continue the crap she was showing I am sorry to say but the news channels are better still better at it!!
