There are much too many things to consider on this one. Ofcourse, broadly speaking the PR seems inadequate on atleast some fronts, and those really need attention. But my first job was at 16 as a PR assistant. We, as in the entire dept were mere convenient punching bags and scapegoats from either side- both client and customer, between expectations from both ends. Our roles were diverse- not just to represent our client to their customers in the best way possible but also to be a shield when required. The PR doesn’t fall too far from the tree. So, well, I hope you get what I mean. I don’t want to explain this further here.
