Thanks for the link. Sad to see naina leave, but wish her best of luck and hope whatever offers she is getting are good for her future.

This is all the result of writers inability to write characters anything put black or white. I swear ekta used to write more grey characters back in the day, but now all her female characters are either completely white or all out vamps who are kind of jokes.

Some few sources i heard on insta or twitter saying that the new rhea apparently might be positive 😕 I'm very doubtful about this.... pakka writers will keep rhea negative. Naina was unhappy with her character for the very reason that the character had been made too negative, but I know for a fact writers will not learn a lesson and will just hire an actress who will happily play a negative character.

Yeah I mean kkb has the tag and brand name and is super popular so it'd be a good boost to anyone's career. That's probably the reason why even Naina stayed longer than she wished to stay but since they didn't do anything and she is a very ambitious actress so she made this tough call.

Naina apparently was getting offers back in late last year but had to give them up due to kkb. Anyways hope for the best for her. I have little expectations that writers will use the replacement to make positive changes to rhea's character, but I hope they surprise us and do tone her down and make her more human, especially because that is the reason naina left the show and she would have voiced that to the production house too when giving in her papers, so maybe writers might rethink rhea's character sketch now. So far the news of maera mishra as new rhea is not actually confirmed news, so hopefully it isn't her and someone else is chosen.

Missing doosri peedhi so much right now. Can't wait for show to re-air. I can tell its gonna take me a while to adjust to the new rhea. I feel for sure this maya track is going to be dragged out a little longer till the bank episodes are all shown and till rhea re-enters.

A new character of maya's evil uncle is now entering the show. The actor is a well-known balaji actor, manish khanna. His role will be powerful apparently. It's quite clear his entry is for pranbir track given he is maya's uncle. I think he will make things even tougher for pranbir to get out of this marriage.

And there's a murder mystery as well so maybe he'll play a role in that

Now even Shikha is being replaced :O I really really really hope Mugdha, Krishna,Appy and Zeeshan don't quit :3 although Zeeshan and Shikha had a really good chemistry and so did Shikha and Shabir or Naina :O god knows what happened to purab now though? Haven't seen him since Disha's accident and is disha even coming back?

I got to know from naina interview she had actually expressed she wanted to leave back in august itself which is 6 months after doosri peedhi started. The only reason she was here till about march was because she had to serve a 6 month notice period, else she actually put in her papers many months ago last year to leave the show.
