Yeah I noticed the attempt to copy the daijaan from K3G....they even switched out the actress after one scene.....lol the original one was a movie actress they showed in one scene in fake Canada but baad mein they found some random discount daijaan once they landed in India😆

Yes sushi will always be manav for us i guess woh manav wala endearing quality is so inbuilt in his acting criteria yahan bhi one instantly connects with Preet sometimes even more than prem and I have a huge liking for HC😆 Haha maybe necro we should do PR rewatch bas wahan woh aai ka ashtma is unbearable for me har 2 mins baad she's huffing and puffing 😆

Oh I actually really really liked this confession scene bechare prem ka unrequited love😆 Kaafi nicely enacted and directed hai but I was reminded of parde ke peeche pibky with gayatri watching it🤣🤣 this was Worth the wait for the high point but heer ka phir bhi not telling him ke chal bas main hi teri heer is driving me nuts. Also poore monologue main kahin kahin prem khud hi apni baat ko contradict kar raha tha idk of it was badly edited or HC messed up kuch lines made no sense still I liked the overall confession also I had to laugh at him spelling it out ke pyar karta hoon when he told her his dil dhadkoooes for her like 30 episodes before😆

Waise inke ghar main koi din aisa bhi jahan koi function na ho I swear ek longest party chal rahi hai and koi pata nahi actual function hai kya 15 function toh yeh shaadi ki announcement ke liye kar chuke hain🤣 and logon ko IB ke functions se takleef thi HUH😆

Oh btw I really like the outhouse where heer stays kaafi different hai woh set from everything else

Waise toh IB ke most viewers actually have no idea about the K-shows from the 2000s I think😆....most of them were either Gul ke IPK ke fans or other random ppl who only got into IB cuz of social media hype. Toh it's funny that they all used to outrage over things they had no context over vis a vis how things are in an actual hardcore saas-bahu soap Ekta mata style😆

Re: Prem ka confession....lol haan scene was good otherwise but as you pointed out, the dialogues were kind of contradicting back and forth and editing mein bhi thoda jhol tha.....that is why it got a bit diluted....things just got worse after this cuz Heer went into Manmeet worship mode so this scene kinda lost any real value😆

Also meher bhi apne hi kisi trip pe hai didi ko confront karne ke liye she gets so brave and then so meek with chachi uss bechari ko bhi beech main flip pe flip marwa dete hain. I like thos confident brave meher but nahi warna chachi zulm jispe karegi and there is no other way to show she's evil🤦🏻‍♀️

I hated how har kisi ka haath zaroorat se zyada khula hai yahan all that maar peet was so extra and unnecessary and uncomfortable to watch jiska dil karta hai uth ke start kar deta hai kabhi bauji prem ko maar rahe hain kabhi chachi woh heer ko zaroorat se zyada torture kar rahi hai was thinking they are lucky no one reported them it was hell lots of uncomfortable content and phir iss sab ke baad bauji slapping daljit over and over ughhh stop plz

Also bhai flips ke toh kya kehne I was so confused in mid trying to understand ho kya raha hai so heer proposes to him he refuses then maa ki does drama and he proposes and flips the reasons for not marrying her to positivity ke so what we'll adjust in small income and house when mins ago he was like I can't due to these reaaons but that's not it either after all this official proposal and acceptance the very next episode heer madam got some jinn on her head and she was planning to abandon prem at dargah huh what Like it's not even an episode where you got accepted by his maa and family basically after you proposed first knowing verybwell that bapuji is biggada huyeand phir she saves bapuji and then flies and then the bullshit ML when she very well knew ke ab bauji ko bhi pata hai she's their heer mad no sense. 😆

Bauji toh is😵 Har waqt order dete rehte hain and melodrama and pehle wohi ladki namanzoor but phir manzoor caz dost ki beti oh puhleez koi deen Iman hai aapka ke nahi

All this could've been sorted so easily with heer declaring her I'd getting prem.and woh daljit ka bhi goal ho jaata acheive caz ash was toh anyways intrested in Preet also bauji ka bhi bachan reh jaata to both dost and dost ki parjhai with ash Preet but nope phir itna extended drama kaise banta Waise toh ash ko phir rejection hi milna hai🤣 before she turns evil but usme abhi kaafi time hai🤣 also am already laughing at preet being a rebel ke shaadi ke liye BM nahi but eventually he will succumb too bauji ke drame too the only difference is he will chose to surrender instead of bauji forcing him too matlab faisal phir bhi issi ka hoga and a wise one too so but it still will be ironic😆

Also I figured caz Preet akal ki baat karta hai so bauji hates him he needs ji hazoori karne wale slaves

Oh and a big blooper was gayatri saying meri khokh ka karz uttar de prem mere dhoodh ka blah blah maine tera naam prem rakha when ugh prem wasn't even her child it was shown that he was older when she got him🤣🤣 Yeh plan bhi flip hota raha kabhi she was his birth mother kabhi she was not when she needed to claim property🤣🤣

Prem ka contriveness to tha in that proposal and woh mandir bhi but I could still get him with his kar toh raha hoon aapke kehne pe shaadi but not heer like ruining my life isn't enough for you ke heer ki bhi ruin karni hai 😔 And honestly iss how main aur itne bade bade drame and flips hain ke prem ki confusion I can live with😆 for now usse badi cartoon mujhe heer lagi in her tyag wala plan and ML😆

Yaar, I dunno but I seriously started losing connect to his character from that phase😆.....mujhe momma's boys se serious allergy hai and he started going overboard from that point onwards ki maa ne bola toh propose kar lo, baap ne bola toh dupatta leke rok lo.....matlab hadh level spinelessness.....aise bando se mujhe allergy hai😆

Heer toh ofcourse was mega dumb for many other reasons but jab Prem bhi loser banna shuru ho gaya toh the epis became even harder to get through😆......I had to take another break around the time of the revelation of that Veera having an affair with that Rishabh guy.....too much overdose of melodrama and the PH scenes also feel kinda mehh then😆

HC ki acting is good but Prem ka character got too dumb....they basically rendered him spineless in that phase as if he has no ability to think for himself.....it looked especially stupid cuz he made such tall declarations of supporting Heer and then then was shown unable to do anything without mommy daddy telling him to do it. Heer toh never made grand declarations to begin with....lol he was the one who did and then turned spineless overnight😆.....baad mein toh bas token romance hi chal raha tha....lol

The family characters really were too much overload.....and baad mein toh it seemed Meher was also only around to do random dance performances in family functions......that lambe baal wala random guy Dheer something also popped up out of nowhere and I have no idea who or what he was and I couldn't muster the interest to even try to follow....forward forward😆

Haan I totally get ya it was getting too much with seriously rona dhona non stop and ottness uppar se PH ko bhi kuch nahi mil raha tha other than dumbness. Sach boloon toh maine bhi aaj tak kabhi poora show nahi dekha🤣 Caz as I told you pehle bhi stale bhi hi gaya tha and PH ko ek saath toh rehne nahi dete thay more than an epi bas bon stop rulayi jao beech main ek aadh lollypop scene which actually got even more boring later on matlab yahan toh PH ki shaadi bhi PH ki nahi thi tab prem was acting to be gaurav and heer was like just pretend to marry me for maata ji as she thinks you as of prem contract hai even though it was prem hi. I wilm take a break too caz it was getting out of hand

Woh dheeraj chimpanzee hi toh tha jisne bauji ko takkar maari thi phir hospital le gaya toh he got so impressed ie that rakh liya mehhh They replaced the actor right after that 1 episode and abhi mela kam hai ke woh 2 cousins bhi aa rahe hain😆 itna rona dhona I can't even for PH and I have liked them for most part back in time maybe caz I saw bits and pieces and then after 2 back to back leaps lost total intrest

Hence I stay corrected that tere liye was a better show in many ways😆 And I am still pretty happy about it I mostly watch desh for the whole comparisons too and all the abuse on taani onu by AG fans and to ekta inwish injustice wish I get it someday

LOL Tere Liye mein toh mujhe isse bhi kam interest hai.....only the young kids held my attention somewhat, the story tanked after that when they moved into adulthood. Characterization wise, I still feel the initial Prem characterization suited HC more than whatever ONU he was in Tere Liye😆.

Even though I never watched KDHM regularly, Prem ke character ka thoda bahut idea tha and it suited HC.....whatever I watched of TL, nothing clicked about his character to me *shrugs*

But yeah, the thing that got reiterated in this KDHM rewatch is how quickly shows tanked back then also😆.....yeh toh barely managed to have 70 decent epis before it went haywire.....haha which again makes me marvel that IB managed to hold our attention for 500 epis despite many hiccups😆.....but aisa kabhi nahin hua ki Shivika se total disconnect ho jaaye in those 500 epis. And even now they have that recall value ki rewatch mein bhi they can be enjoyed.

Shows lost the plot too early back then too but the difference was viewers didn't made it matter of life and death har doosre din koi na koi stupid trend nahi kar rahe hote thay which each day passing its becoming even more ridiculous with the random outrages. Also it was saas bahu ek show nahi toh doosra there was enough decent content on all channels that one could watch aaj kal zyada vavella iss liye bhi hota hai caz it takes forver to find something barely watchable and then 2 days later it all goes haywire leaving one more frustrated
