Sorry but ur question is looking like a joke only, In current Pandemic how can u even think of travelling. India is on 6th number and cases are increasing here.

Leave India, no country is safe in this world for vacation tour in this pendamic.

Hardly there is any country which is not affected by this or got succeded in recovering from the virus.

Moreover International flights also not yet started in India.
