I think to get 1M followers, it will take more time. I guess by the end of October or November, Dipika channel will hit one million followers. In YouTube, subscribers will be slowly increased for any account. Recently, I checked Hina Khan YouTube channel. She is having her own channel from last 2 years and she posted 23 videos in total. She has only 139K subscribers are there till today.
