I do understand where you are coming from but then I just have something extremely simple to ask you, why do we want Ekta Kapoor to focus on PreRish in the show and not Anurag Prerna? Why do we have long long trends asking and demanding from a ph/channel demanding for our favourite couple? Why do we have our frustrations said and discussed out in open when we simply can LET THE MAKER DO WHAT THEY WANT? why is it that we hold such huge discussions of something we dislike when we can just let other people enjoy? And why is it that we demand for our favourite couple from the makers of any show be it, according to you in that we can make our own shows isn't it? It's your own words not mine.

As a writer you will get love and appreciation but also criticism, you will get flak you will get angry birds, you will get chappals and joote, but I feel as a writer myself that is because a reader cared to read my work and has cared enough to discuss about my work and wants me to improve and see what he/she really desires from their favourite author. That's a part and parcel of any job that you do.

Meenakshi being my shishya I want her to improve, I demand for various things, so does her various other readers, but at the end of the day it's her story that she will deliver whatever she wants and each one of us, me and even you are ready to take it in open arms.

I felt your comment to very harsh upon the readers. If everyone could write Kriti, I wish.... we would have so many many many many stories on PreRish.... but not all can write... They can only request their favourite authors and that's happened.

I understand you are hurt with some of the comments against Menaka. But those comments are only because of the love they have for PreRish as a couple, not some hatred for your story or any character. If any comment hurts you please do communicate here in this thread or in PM as readers would understand your pov.

So, please reconsider your decision Meenakshi. For me, the journey is more important than the destination. I know that PreRish is the endgame, but I like your Menaka as a character a lot. And for a change, Prerna has a tough competition for which I am so glad. Most importantly, why should Prerna get RB & Kukki so easily without a fight. So, please continue the story the way you wanted it to proceed. As I said, the hate for Menaka is just the love for PreRish.

Ohh My God!!! It would be such a shame if this story ends like this. I just began reading it from the beginning and it has become my favourite already. Though I had no idea about the beginning chapters, I loved the last 3 chapters of this story. The portrayal is so real. Till now I haven't seen any sugar-coating or unneccessary character bashing to create masala, it's simple emotions doing their job.

I read chapter 2 and loved even the way Anurag's character was handled, though he is not the main lead.. in fact no one looked main lead and everyone looked equally important. And that's a gift my friend. It's easy to create villians but you have a way with emotions acting as protagonist and antagonist.

I went through some of the commemts after reading your last note and I have to accept, some of the comments have really crossed the line of criticism like you mentioned. Criticism is when it's addressed to the writer but here it was plain bashing which continued for a quite a long adding nothing to the betterment of the story if that was the expectation out of the whole thing. I am sure if readers put themselves in your shoes they will realise that it stretched a little too far intentionaly or unintentionaly.

However, I would like to request if you could take your time to settle down and then come back with the update that you've already drafted. It would be great. Otherwise I will be reading a story that has no end 😭
