Let me take this opportunity to declare that Natalie Dormer is the sexiest girl in this entire universe! 😎
Yep, watched all...Its horrible how they treated women at that time.
Oh i love that show!
Natalie Dormer made me (and I'm sure many other youngters) love Anne Boleyn! She and JRM looked sooooo good together.
Love it...one of the best.
They should call it Henry VIII though as he is the only one who was covered....other kings queens and many major events were left off. May be the production cost was too high to cover the rest.
exactly!! I loved the chemistry between jonathan and natalie
well made show, but the state of women at that time was extremely worse. Made me sick
Have you guys not seen the movie The Boleyn Girl? It had Natalie Portman and ScarJo in it with Eric Bana. Natalie plays Anne it while ScarJo played the wife.
Nat comes in and seduces Eric while ScarJo is pregnant. There's that one scene that stayed with me. ScarJo delivers her baby, the King comes in to see her and when he sees she delivered a daughter, he walks away from her like if she's crap!
The king already had daughters from his first wife who was set aside once ScarJo was brought in.
It's ridiculous! The disdain of having daughters, unbelievable!😡
And to think a WOMAN has ruled England for decades!🤪

I thought Anne was the second wife!
Btw, it sucks that inability to birth a male child eventually led to Anne's execution 🤢
Only redemption, and irony, being her daughter became THE Queen Elizabeth!

In the Tudors, it was said the king married his brother's wife. His brother passed and he married his wife and ended up having a daughter with her. In the film, ScarJo was brought in to marry him and produce an heir, and Anne was her rebellious sis who ran away and married her lover at that time. She even had a kid with him then came back to pretend she was a virgin and all that just to get to be with him.
