Tough call between Ayushmann and Ranveer. Ranveer was really good as Khilji and so was Ayushmann and why it's difficult to choose one as both portrayed their forte. I would go with Ayushmann though.

I chose Ranveer but that’s also because I haven’t watched any of the other movies listed 😆

RS was the only saving grace of the entire movie and I think he outdone himself in this one. He looked beyond terrifying in Khalibali. I thought I was watching Satan literally dancing in his kingdom.

However, I also think Ranbir is a phenomenal actor so I would have also voted for him based on the trailers of the film.

It's a phenomenal movie and the best movie of 2018!

There is a reason why I chose Ayushmann, Ayushmann actually took the movie to certain level. No matter how much people criticise Ayushmann but I don't think any normal actor could have made the movie superhit. Both Tabu and Ayushmann actually proved that they are stars. While Padmavat and Sanju and even Uri was hyped while Andhadhun became a huge hit with not so big stars and with not big hype like other movies. Ayushmann deserved that National Award.
