You left us with churn the butter game, and now we'll devour strawberries till your next update (hope it's not more than 2 days).

A name, at the end of the list, shared by Jalal a couple of weeks ago...Kiran, his father??

Initial part was emotional upheaval for both JJ and your expression inwriting nailed it.

May 20 , 2020 :This day will go down in PBD history as the day PBD- lovers were in delirium because the much-desired C42 was gifted to them, ending years of heartache, wondering when they would be reunited with the story so close to their hearts.

Jahnu, I strongly believe the lockdown was divine intervention because even the Gods in the heavens must have been moved by the pitiable plight of the PBDians.

Its arrival, however,was upstaged by the intoxicating content of the update. What you served us was a right royal feast that more than satiated our pangs of hunger that had rumbled on for much too long, dear author.

Prithvi’s commendable sleuthing skills are zeroing in on the identity of Jodha’s stalker and her parents’murderer. I pray he is apprehended before Jodha is in harm’s way.

What a start to the birthday celebration. Under the fireworks of a raging thunderstorm, she sat

all frozen on the very telling last step of the porch while he was afire, each imaging and fearing the worst-case scenario that their best half ( love this term) must be facing.

Her calm and collected response of asking him to come home...told us their face-to-face was going to be something that would bring more than quite a few tingling sensations to the reader.

Their exchange was sheer bliss to read and the crescendo was when she picked at all the flaws of her heart at length and he brought the entire house down with his master stroke : Marry Me.

We died and went to heaven.

What a stunner of a proposal !

And the adult knowledge she is lacking, he is only too delighted, honoured and more than willing to tutor her. The birds and the bees , or in this case, handcuffs and strawberries , have taken on a more potent dimension.

Mr Jalal sir- you have us eating out of your hands. What is there not to adore about you? Above and everything your wickedly subtle, s,e,x and y ways are the death of us.

Jahnu, that PBD is a sensation is well-known. You seduce us with your breathtaking ( literally each word that you pen leaves us breathless) writing skills. Thank you so, so much for gifting us this update and the next one that we are eagerly and impatiently anticipating.🤗 ❤️ 🤗

From the bottom of my heart, I'm deeply grateful to you all for your love for PBD. Three years is a long time to forget, to give up, to move on, to lose interest but you all surprised me time and again with consistent update requests, perseverant waits and constant encouragement.

I should be thanking name by name but my receding memory might forget some and I can't afford offending any one of you. In last three years, I tried and failed few times, to reignite the spark of magic the leads of this story originally caused in me. I almost believed I'm done with Jodha, Jalal and PBD but then something magical happened.

LOCK DOWN!! 🤣

The whole world went under lockdown giving some of my friends a lot of time and with nothing to do on hands they pestered me personally everyday till I reconsidered writing. I then received some very encouraging requests that reminded me of the characters I built, the journey I began. Those requests and poems duly motivated me to think afresh, to start afresh... and so here we are...

Resuming the journey that halted three years ago!

Hope you'll enjoy it as enthusiastically as you did back then... hoping to stay in touch...🤗🤗🤗

How can you forget something and move on when that is what helps you keep sanity and trust in life. There are innumerable times when I have reread this story and always found myself free even for a few moments. This is not something I would ever forget. Thank you so much for continuing this.

I was reading PBD from chapter 8. Those were dreamy 😍 days. She used to update twice a month, sometimes thrice also.
