I guess the story basically fell apart from the moment they showed Anuj so casually letting his pathetic siblings back into his life with no accountability for the fact that they framed him. No matter how mahaan he is, that angle didn't have conviction in this season......uske baad se them showing him being so dumb in blindly believing Shreya and upar se it made no sense that they were trying to solve a marriage that she herself ran off from.....whole thing was just bizarre and ekdum wafer thin plot.
Anuj being jealous of Manit was not necessarily cuz Manit did anything....it was just Anuj's own insecurity ki Manit is smarter/more educated/more suave than him.....and wohi sab ka bill end pe phir se bechaari Gauravi pe phaad diya......even the losing the child angle could have been woven in better but woh baad ka situation with Anuj neglecting Gauravi to that extent got tiresome later on.....basically when you stop connecting emotionally to characters despite a tragedy, that's when you know script is failing.
Exactly after a point it was just about waiting for the predictable to happen already and finish it. I get anuj ki insecurities and him working hard on them but what made me mad was him on one hand treating gauravi as if she doesn't exist to everything is for her. I get it je still loved her but what's the point of that love when you have drifted so apart. Agreed the loss of the child thing was again I felt rushed for the sake of pushing the story in the drift direction and could've been handled better but it was painful to see anuj not giving a thought for gauravi in that time too and just neglecting her when she needed him the most for his lame this happened due to money thing caz a) yeah money was the issue but the bigger issue was your siblings with whom you still remained friends with b) how the money was gonna solve it after they've lost the kid . At that time he needed to be with gauravi. I get that yeah money was the broader issue but comeon uske liye try karo but itna paagal ho kar nahi when gauravi becomes last on your priority list . It kept pinching me ke his stupid siblings became a top priority ahead of gauravi.
About shreya ki shaadi wohi toh jab woh khud nahi chahti and it's not like she was great at her drama either and that the family didn't knew what kind of person she is and how she behaves with aniket and family but still pushing them to reconcile. I actually sided with aniket just on that bit ke yeh toh torture hi hain uske liye unfair ke despite knowing everything the whole khandaan is pushing him to only remain with that paagal and labeling him a cheater while the woman who is the actual culprit gets all the sympathy. It's not only aniket either she's single handedly ruining the lives of all 3 siblings but woh phir bhi bechari hai wah kya kehne aise masoomiyat and bechargi ke And I don't even like the siblings of gauravi 🤷♀️
