Actually i just ate the south thalis when i went to chennai. But i dont know the seasining and tadka....😆.....But we have many from that part of India here who can tell u 🤗

It was very yummy. But my favourite is masala pongal rice, dosa, coconut chutney with vada and aadai..

U should try the snacks at home
