Epi 7:

So Naeem's aunt (Iffat Omar )'s plan was to get Mehru to marry her son. Coz Mehru is a working girl. They want her money.

Last scene broke my heart Naeem was very badtameez insulting Mehru and her family in front of everybody before giving her 3 talaaqs. Her father is going to die next episode..

How can Mehru face the world after her ex husband exposed her so called chakkar in front of everybody? Will she be able to trust anyone?

Shahjahan and his mom look kind ppl , I hope they support her in these difficult times.

This drama is so depressing.😒

I feel so sorry for Mehru? In other shows, the girls at least know what leads to their divorce. They might be caught in a compromising situation or the husband suspects them but here Mehru has no clue whatsoever. No wonder her reaction was extreme. This accusation came out of nowhere.

One positive aspect in this show is Mehru's family. All family members are supportive and trust her character. They trust their upbringing.

Also Mehru has eventually come to terms with this whole fiasco. Her conversation with her father was nice and she wants to move on but her father's death will break her even further. So sad.

I am still not sure whether Mehru and Shahjahan will get married but this is the only way the story will move forward.

I am not liking Danish in this clean shaven look and I wish he had the deewangi look. Also his character was way too nice and simple. It would have been better if his character was flawed.

Im confused... How does triple talaq work? I thought as shown in movies n serials, if you say talaq talaq talaq.. It is done deal.

If there are different schools of thoughts on this, what if husband and wife are not on same page? Wife says talaq done but husband says no this is only 1st talaq??? Take it to a maulvi may be? But again, wouldn't different maulvis have different opinions??

There is only one old school about triple talaaq which almost all (sunni) muslim countries follow , it says that talaaq , talaaq , talaaq mean that the marriage is over. This has nothing to do with different molvis.

But in some new schools, and laws of some countries triple talaaq at once is forbidden, and it counts as one only.

From what I learned from Pakistani dramas , they are follwing the old school.😊

But he accused her when he caught her on the phone with shahjahan on wedding night, so surely she should have some clue and figure things out. Why didnt she clarify on that night itself why she called him? Why was she being all secretive about it?

if you say one talaaq, you still have 2 more chances to solve thimgs but if youve said it 3 times then its over

She tried to tell him, but he shut her , and said talaaq. She was shocked.

Then her father came to his house to clear the misunderstanding ..but again Naeem didn't give him any chance and scolded him badly.

Finally after Shahjahan told him that he still has a chance because he only gave one talaaq. Naeem came to Mehru's house again with some ppl , and started it again. No matter how many times Mehru and her parents tried to stop him, he kept going on and on scolding them and pointing at Mehru's character.. untill he finally gave her 3 talaaqs.😲

No but Mehru never tried to explain, even when Naeem took her phone and Shahjahans call came Naeem yelled who is he and Mehru was just staring at him like she got caught red handed :/

Then maybe I missed something.. coz I don't pay much attention sometimes while watching. But I remember she opened her mouth once and he didn't let her say a word.😔
